Professional Development
The growth of our employees matters to us - that’s why we provide in-house training covering both professional and broadening topics. In addition, all employees can take part in external training programmes organised by Metrosert. Our employees mentor interns, supervise students’ final theses, and share their expertise through lectures and training sessions.

Every Friday, the working day ends 1.5 hours earlier, giving you an additional 78 hours of personal time over the year. Internship
Opportunities
Our summer internship programme runs for two months, with the exact duration agreed individually. Applications for the summer programme are open in February-March. During the internship, participants are introduced to Metrosert just like new employees, with a thorough onboarding process and hands-on work experience.
Promoting Education
and Science
We organise laboratory tours for primary school, secondary school, and university groups, offering future specialists a chance to experience the real world of work. We are the initiators of the Lae End programme and have been contributing for several years to the popularisation of physics and chemistry to inspire young people to take an interest in STEM subjects.
